We're seeking two enthusiastic and organised Business Support Officers who will support the day-to-day operations of our Client and Member Services directorate, providing a range of efficient and effective administrative support services to our Directors and their teams.
Our newly formed Client and Member Services directorate does hugely important work - our teams help ensure our clients receive the support they need when they need it, whether directly through the Witness Service and Pension Wise Northern Ireland, or by way of the support we provide to our brilliant local Citizens Advice (LCA) members. As well as our direct support to clients and LCAs, we provide critical infrastructure to the whole service through our products, platforms, tools, data and insights, drawing on our expertise in areas such as technology, information governance and cyber security.
We also have an ambitious transformation agenda, which will be delivered alongside the important services we provide to our local Citizens Advice partners, clients and national colleagues. To support us through this period of transformation, we're temporarily adding to our team of people who already provide crucial support to our senior team and colleagues across the directorate. Success in this role will involve working with our Directors and senior leaders across the directorate, as well as others who offer support to our senior leadership team, to keep our directorate on track to deliver its ambitious change programme alongside running important business functions, pre-empting problems and taking a proactive approach to solving these to ensure our teams run smoothly.
This is a great opportunity to use your administrative skills and experience to assist with the smooth running of our directorate. You'll be working in a fast moving environment where the work is varied, so you'll need to be flexible and have a proactive approach to problem solving, as well as excellent organisational and relational skills. You'll be responsible for prioritising work and dealing with stakeholders and the team's requirements. You'll also need to have strong IT skills and be comfortable working with a range of different technology products to produce documents, slides and spreadsheets.
You'll be the first point of contact for people who need help with a wide range of things and will support administrative tasks such as the organisation of meetings, taking notes and recording actions as required, drafting documents, presentations and correspondence, assisting with the quality assurance and formatting of documents produced by others, and be able to run and develop team processes from an administrative perspective.
