BR International is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Support Receptionist to provide exceptional front of house and business support services. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, the successful candidate will be the face of Broadridge, demonstrating a professional and welcoming demeanor while expertly managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist all visitors, clients and staff, ensuring a professional first impression and a excellent standard of customer service. Prepare and maintain client meeting rooms, including setup, refreshments, supplies and IT assistance. Coordinate and support client events, internal meetings, and social activities in partnership with relevant teams. Manage visitor access, issue badges, maintain visitor logs, and liaise with security and building management to ensure compliance with safety policies. Oversee courier and taxi bookings, mail handling, purchase orders and office supply inventory. Report and facilitate resolution of building maintenance issues, assist onsite engineers and assist with liaison with the building manager. Track access passes, manage entry for external contractors and carry out regular office checks to maintain facility standards. Maintain accurate records across a range of Business Support spreadsheets (including new starters/leavers, lockers, passes and visitors). Process Workday reports weekly, handle onboarding/offboarding communications and update relevant systems. Monitor and update the Business Support diary, ensure all ticketing requests are managed via Remedy and keep content on office broadcast screens current. Support overall office operations, ensuring kitchen, toilet and office facilities are stocked and orderly at all times.

Your ProfilePrevious front of house/reception or office administration experience preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and approachable manner. Strong organisational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities effectively. IT literate and comfortable with basic meeting room technology setup. Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful with a flexible team-oriented approach.
