About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Systems and Reporting Lead to join our IT team. The IT structure was transformed last year to include this new role with a new way of working. The Business Systems and Reporting role will support our core systems including our new housing system Civica CX, our care and rostering systems, along with HR and finance systems.

You will engage with leaders and colleagues across the organisation to proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of technology and business processes through identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.

You will work closely with IT systems providers and in-house teams to document functional requirements and align processes and system setup for integrated system solutions and maximum organisational benefit. This will include any custom reporting and dashboard requirements.

About you

A positive and proactive individual, you will have excellent IT skills and experience of working with and maintaining Business Systems. You will have demonstrable experience of providing support and technical guidance on Business Systems to end users.

An excellent communicator, you must have strong relationship building skills and be able to convey technical information to a wide range of audiences. You will be resilient and confident enough to constructively challenge our long-standing ways of working and be flexible to meet changing needs and play your part in the success of the wider IT team.
