JOB PURPOSE

The Information and Technology (I&T) programme seeks to appoint an exceptional IT Business Systems Functional Lead. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the technology landscape is scalable and to the highest quality for future development of additional features and functionality in D365 F&SCM, and for implementation and integrations of other business systems for Amnesty International, such as Oracle for HR - International Secretariat (AIS) as needed.

The IT Business Systems Functional Lead has a key role as I&T\'s "voice of the customer". Communicating directly with frontline staff from multiple cultures across the complex Amnesty environment, you will be a pivotal point of contact between human rights stakeholders, subject matter experts and the I&T department.

ABOUT YOU

As an experienced IT Business Systems Functional Lead, you will be familiar with enterprise solutions, notably Dynamics365 F+O and the Microsoft365 suite and Oracle, with extensive knowledge of data processing. Interpersonal skills are crucial, as are technical skills, particularly in requirements gathering, business processes, design, testing and operations. Above all else, an ability to find and deliver solutions will be key.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and deliver a functional implementation roadmap for D365 F&SCM;
  • Support the business in using core Business Systems effectively and efficiently;
  • Manage and control the backlog of requests/ features in Azure DevOps;
  • Manage work end to end - plan, monitor progress and keep stakeholders informed the entire way;
  • Deliver solutions and integrations as per those agreed designs/ requirements through close collaboration with the business, 3rd parties and strategic partners.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Extensive knowledge of data processing, business processes and enterprise software applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 / D365 F&SCM;
  • Sufficient experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX2012 / D365 F&SCM;
  • Knowledge of implementing complex accounting structures in D365 for Finance;
  • Experience creating reports using the Financial reporting tool;
  • Experience in a large multi legal entity global project environment with integrations to other systems will be beneficial.
