We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated individual to join the Business System Support Team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, dedicated team where you will be supported and trained to enhance your existing skills. We need a flexible team player with a positive can-do attitude, excellent technical skills, excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines.
You will be part of a team who support and maintain the Councils Open Housing system used by the Council's Housing Service. This will include new and existing modules and integrated software. You will be responsible for providing knowledge and technical support to both internal and external customers. You will contribute to the development, support and implementation of high-quality, cost-effective solutions to meet a range of business requirements across the Housing Service.
