Full-time - typically includes Saturdays until around 2pm. Closed Sundays & 1 Weekday off.

Retail Butcher

to join our team and serve our local community.

The Role

Serving customers at the counter with friendly, professional service Cutting and preparing meat to order Keeping the counter clean, stocked, and well-presented Preparing products such as sausages, burgers, kebabs, and marinated cuts Following food hygiene and safety standards Helping with stock rotation and general shop duties
What We're Looking For

Qualified butcher or proven experience in retail butchery Strong knife skills and knowledge of traditional cuts Friendly and customer-focused attitude Reliable, hardworking, and a good team player Understanding of food hygiene (HACCP knowledge an advantage)

Must be available to work Saturdays (shop closes around 2pm).
