Job Description

We are looking for someone to join our farm shop butchery department with good customer service skills.

Experience of a retail butchery environment an advantage.

Competent knife skills, jobs include preparing and making sausages, cutting and preparing, deboning various cuts of beef, pork, lamb and poultry also serving customers over the counter.

Family Run farm shop and butchery, showcasing the best home reared Ruby Red Beef & Lamb from the Exe Valley.

Wage will be dependent on previous experience.

Summary

As a Farm Shop Butcher, you will be essential in delivering high-quality meat products while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Butchery Manager, you will utilize your core skills in butchery, food preparation, and food safety to meet the needs of our customers. Your knife skills and culinary experience will enhance the presentation and quality of our offerings, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence in the community.
