```Duties```
As a Butcher, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and cut meat products for sale or consumption. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all meat products are handled and prepared according to food safety standards. Your duties will include:
- Cutting, trimming, and preparing various cuts of meat (Beef, Poultry, Lamb and Turkey)
- Weighing, packaging, and labelling meat products
- Ensuring proper storage and handling of meat products
- Assisting customers with their meat selection and providing recommendations
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the butcher area
- Adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Prepare Delivery and Wholesale orders
- Assist customers with their order
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a Butcher or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Familiarity with meat cuts and different cooking methods
- Excellent knife skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Strong communication and customer service skills
45 - 50 Hour Week (Saturday Off)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
