We have an exciting opportunity in our award winning family run butchers in Nottingham.
Your daily roles will include -
Preparation of carcass/raw (beef, lamb and pork) and cooked meats involving cutting and trimming, serving customers and handling money, rotational stock control, comply with food hygiene, HACCAP & health and safety in the workplace
You will need a minimum of 3 years experience of handling meat, ideally in a Butchery or similar environment with excellent customer service skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team
This is a full time position and you will need to be able to work Tuesday - Saturday, additional training will be provided

Pay: 29,000.00-32,000.00 per year
