Halls of Scotland, one of Scotland's top food brands, has a great opportunity as part of an exciting project within the Scottish Meat Industry, to butcher our own carcasses for the business. Backed by great training and the opportunity to grow and progress. We are continually expanding and this will give you the chance to grow your career with us in the future.
We are looking for skilled Butchers to join our existing team on our busy production lines. We would love to add you to our fantastic team, so if you feel you have what we are looking for please get in touch.

Competent knife skills
Previous experience
:De boning (individual take off all meats from bones )
stock control ,
Trimming and preparation in the meat production process
Hygiene (Our perfect Butcher will maintain Health & Safety, hygiene and food quality standards)
Health and safety ( you must to work with health and safety requirements )
Working as a team to ensure the production runs quickly and efficiently
Flexibility ( Work on different lines and areas where required)
