Butcher Traditional Sausage Maker
Job Description
An experienced sausage maker is required to work at the Rhug Estate cutting plant.
We are a leading wholesale and catering butcher in North Wales with a shop on site. We supply many of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in the UK and abroad and we are looking to recruit a skilled person to join our team on a permanent basis.
The person must be confident, fully skilled, compliant and competent.
Manufacturing experience of sausage production desirable but not essential as full training will be given.
Duties to include preparing recipes for our production on a daily basis in a factory environment to the highest standards.
Knowledge of HACCP and Food hygiene.
Own transport is essential due to our location.
Immediate start .
Rate of pay (dependent on experience) will be discussed at interview.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
