Helix Well Ops UK Ltd currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Buyer to join our Supply Chain Team, based onshore at Helix House, Dyce, UK.

The Buyer will be responsible for the procurement of all goods and services for Helix Well Ops (UK) Ltd in accordance with company procedures.

esponsibilities include:

Send out RFQ's and negotiate best rate and lead times with suppliers. Create purchase orders. Ensure all demands are actioned in a timely fashion and approved in accordance with the Authority Limit Matrix. Create and issue Supply Chain reports as necessary. Expedite purchase orders and ensure on time deliveries. Maintain and archive company documents and records as required. Ensure accurate certification from vendors. Liaise with the accounting function for invoice queries.

Experience/Skills required:

Experience of working on an international project. Experience of working with electronic purchasing systems (Oracle an advantage). Good interpersonal and communication skills Good numerical, analytical and organisational skills. Ability to manage workload and carry out tasks with little or no supervision. * Proficient in the use of Microsoft and other software packages
