You'll be instrumental in executing our Procurement Strategy, hand-picking top-tier products, and ensuring seamless, on-time delivery every time.

What You'll Be Doing:

Forging Powerful Partnerships: Build robust relationships with suppliers, mastering negotiations to secure the best prices, optimal quantities, and ideal delivery schedules. Performance Powerhouse: Monitor and manage supplier performance, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are not just met, but exceeded. Market Maestro: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding market trends, empowering you to make brilliantly informed buying decisions. Strategic Sourcing: Lead the charge in sourcing new suppliers and setting up efficient purchasing frameworks. Operational Anchor: Become the trusted expert for all purchasing inquiries from Operations, seamlessly coordinating with Warehouses and implementing swift corrective actions when needed. Driving Success: Hit KPIs out of the park across cost, quality, service, and continuity of supply, all while ensuring existing agreements are flawlessly upheld.

A solid 3+ years of proven experience as a Buyer. Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation prowess. Sharp analytical skills that cut through complexity. Acute commercial awareness. IT savvy, with a preference for SAP experience. Bonus points for experience in the telecoms or construction industries! CIPS qualification Levels 3 or 4 are highly desirable.
