The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Sales Administrator based in Warwick Branch. This role requires a strong communicator who can excel in a busy environment. Due to our continued growth and the introduction of new brands in the market, we are looking for a highly organised individual to join our Sales team. Previous experience in vehicle sales administration or a similar role within a dealership environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Support the retail sales team by ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
Process vehicle orders, manage vehicle taxation, and assist Branch Managers with finance paperwork and order tracking.
Act as a central point of contact for Sales colleagues, maintaining constant communication and relaying information accurately and timely.
Work closely with the team to process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Complete pre-delivery tasks, including vehicle registration and taxation, to ensure a seamless delivery process.
Manage a heavy workload while prioritising tasks effectively.
Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure vehicles are ordered to meet customer specifications.
Arrange the purchase and delivery of vehicles, including setting up and organizing PDI and job cards.
Produce invoices and warranty documents, and manage customer records.
Review sales reports and provide administrative support to dealerships.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with at least 2 years of experience, able to work to a high standard of accuracy.
Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
