Ascend Airways operate a small fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft (NG and MAX) in the ACMI market and opened its first operational base at London Gatwick in early 2024.

We are seeking Cabin Crew Members who excel in delivering outstanding customer service and crafting unforgettable experiences for our valued customers.



Reporting to the Head of Cabin Services, this role requires complete flexibility as it will involve different types of flying, including a possibility of operating away from base during the winter, meaning periods of time away from home.

As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be at the heart of our passenger experience, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the flight. You will deliver world-class service while maintaining professionalism and a warm, welcoming demeanour.

Responsibilities



Ensure the safety and security of passengers and crew in compliance with aviation regulations. Provide outstanding customer service, addressing passenger needs and requests. Conduct safety demonstrations and assist passengers during boarding and disembarkation. Prepare and serve food and beverages to passengers. Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a calm and professional approach. Representing Ascend Airways, delivering a positive and memorable experience for all passengers.

Who we are looking for:



A genuine passion for Aviation, Customer Service and Travel. Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English An ability to stay calm and work under pressure, with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a team Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude. Excellent customer service skills. Ability and confidence to swim (25 meters unassisted) No visible tattoos or piercings while in uniform Knowledge of additional languages is desirable Open to applications with or without flying experience/with or without UK CAA Attestation

Requirements:



MUST - have unrestricted right to live and work in the United Kingdom DESIRABLE - Hold a valid UK CAA Cabin Crew Attestation. MUST - Hold a valid UK Cabin Crew Medical OR meet the requirements to obtain one. MUST - Hold a valid passport that permits unrestricted travel worldwide MUST - Be over the age of 18 at the time of application MUST - Satisfactory background and ability to pass a DBS screening check. 90 Minute Commute time from assigned base.
