Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing, fitting, and assembling various components and products with precision and efficiency. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in fabrication, assembly, and the use of various tools within a dynamic environment. Prior experience in construction or related trades is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided. Applicants must be reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

Assemble components and products according to technical specifications and drawings Use hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment to carry out assembly tasks Conduct fabrication activities including cutting, shaping, and fitting materials Assist with heavy lifting and manoeuvring of materials or finished products safely Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with health and safety regulations Maintain a clean and organised work area to promote safety and efficiency Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines

Qualifications

Experience or knowledge in fabrication and assembly of kitchen and bedroom cabinets. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools used in assembly or carpentry Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work on-site for extended periods Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Good communication skills and the ability to follow technical instructions accurately A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and adhering to safety protocols

Pay: 13.00-15.00 per hour
