Summary
We are seeking talented Cabinet Makers/Bench Joiners to join our team. Based at our workshop, you will play a key role in crafting custom furniture pieces that reflect our commitment to excellence and craftsmanship. Pieces vary from retail display cabinetry, reception desks, to media walls, wardrobes and kitchens. Your work will contribute directly to delivering exceptional bespoke solutions for our clients.
Responsibilities
Interpret design drawings and specifications to produce high-quality cabinetry and furniture pieces.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Assemble components with precision to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal.
Select appropriate materials for each project, maintaining quality standards.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
Follow safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker/Bench Joiner or similar role.
Strong skills in carpentry, joinery, and use of hand and power tools.
Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy materials safely.
Knowledge of safety standards in woodworking environments.
Preferably, experience working with bespoke furniture projects.
Strong communication skills and team spirit.
