We are a well-established residential construction company based in Cardiff, specialising in high-quality bespoke homes, renovations, and interior fit-outs. With a great reputation for craftsmanship, precision, and attention to detail, we are expanding our workshop team and looking for a skilled Machinists / Joiners / Cabinet Makers to join us.

The Role

You will work primarily from our well-equipped workshop, supporting residential projects across Cardiff and the surrounding areas. You will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality bespoke cabinetry, furniture, and architectural joinery components, ensuring each piece is finished to an exceptional standard.

Key Responsibilities

Manufacture and assemble bespoke cabinetry, fitted furniture, and architectural joinery. Operate woodworking machinery safely and efficiently (saws, spindle moulders, planers, edgebanders, etc.). Interpret technical drawings and specifications. Maintain workshop cleanliness and uphold health and safety procedures. Collaborate with the on-site team to ensure smooth installation and delivery of joinery items. Ensure high standards of finish and detail in all work.
Requirements

Proven experience as a machinist, cabinet maker, or bench joiner. Strong knowledge of hardwood and sheet material joinery. Ability to work from technical drawings with minimal supervision. High attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a small team. Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
Desirable Skills

Spray finishing or veneer pressing experience. Site installation experience of fitted joinery. Familiarity with CNC machinery (not essential).
