You will assist with site preparation, cable handling, and support jointing activities, with opportunities to develop your skills and progress further in the future. Experience is desirable but not essential - we're looking for someone reliable, hard-working, and eager to learn.
What will I be doing?
Working as part of our team, you'll assist in the delivery of electricity connection projects by:
Supporting trained jointers with jointing activities and site setup
Pulling, laying, and preparing LV cables for new connections and upgrade
Ensuring safe, efficient, and tidy working environment
Following all safety procedures and company protocol
Keeping vehicles and work areas clean, organised, and well-stocked
Taking on opportunities for training and development in electrical jointing
What do you need to have?
We're looking for someone who:
Has a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Works well as part of a team
Is safety-conscious and takes pride in their work
Has a flexible approach and can adapt to different tasks
Desirable:
CSCS card
Emergency First Aid training
Manual Handling certificate
Full UK driving licence
