We are seeking a skilled

CAD Designer

to join our dynamic team at

Kabils Grillz

. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and technical designs for bespoke dental jewelry. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-end, innovative jewelry projects, ensuring precision and adherence to strict dental and aesthetic specifications. The ideal applicant will possess strong technical expertise in jewelry CAD, a deep understanding of dental anatomy, and a passion for craftsmanship within the luxury jewelry industry.

Responsibilities

Develop accurate 3D CAD models for custom grillz and dental jewelry using programs such as

Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush, or Blender

. Create detailed digital designs and production-ready files optimized for 3D printing, casting, and stone setting. Collaborate with master jewelers and production teams to interpret client visions and translate them into precise, wearable CAD models. Ensure all designs comply with relevant dental fit standards, bite alignment, and high-quality jewelry specifications. Revise and refine designs based on fit tests, client feedback, or quality control results while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Assist in the review of CAD models for manufacturability and comfort during the design development phases. Maintain organized digital files of all STL and 3DM files for easy access, production tracking, and version control.

Qualifications

Proven experience in CAD designing specifically within the

grillz or dental jewelry

sectors. Proficiency in CAD software such as

Rhino, Matrix, ZBrush, or Blender

is essential. Strong understanding of 3D scan processing (STL files) and digital impression alignment. Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, including 3D printing, casting, and stone setting, is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple custom orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail with a focus on producing precise, comfortable, and high-quality work. Relevant qualifications or certifications in jewellery design, dental technology, or CAD design are preferred but not mandatory.
