Job Overview



We are looking for a skilled CAD Designer/Detailer to be a part of our very talented detailing team. You should be able to create 2D designs according to the specifications of products we offer in a timely, organised and professional manner.

You should be able to review designs, make corrections/amendments, and suggest any recommendations to clients or internal teams. You should be able to maintain a record of all designs and projects on our database.

Your job responsibilities also include adhering to the project timelines and you should be a detail and research-oriented individual. Your ability to collaborate and coordinate with your team members will be beneficial.

Responsibilities



Creating detailed 2D designs using CAD software Attending development meetings and establishing project timelines Making corrections or revisions to the 2D models as requested Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and technologies in the CAD process Designing complex layouts as per the specifications provided Coordinating with other team members to obtain relevant information for drawings Adhering to the timelines and while creating designs Reviewing design concepts and making recommendations Maintaining a record of all designs in the database Updating and maintaining design documentations Providing an approximate project completion timeline to clients and liaising with suppliers requirements Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, or a related field preferred At least 3 years of work experience as a CAD Designer, CAD Operator, or a similar role in a detailing department is preferred Familiarity with CAD software and modelling tools essential Up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments Good time management and organisational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Detail-oriented and highly motivated individuals Ability to handle stressful situations and strict deadlines Ability to provide excellent customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
