Aspen Concepts Ltd are Nationwide Interior Fit Out Specialists. We have clients within Retail, Hospitality, Education, Health Care and more.

Due to the growth of the company, we are seeking an enthusiastic CAD Engineer to join our Design department. The role will be to specialise in the design of retail equipment within Interior Shop Fit Outs. Knowledge of CAD Design, AutoDesk Inventor or SolidWorks and having a background within retail shopfitting is paramount. The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions but also act on their own accord, whilst working to tight deadlines and schedules. The role will be to create full production drawing packs, Create cutting list and requisition sheets whilst supporting the rest of the team, ensuring all projects are delivered on schedule and on budget.

Skills Required:

Attention to detail Highly proficient in SolidWorks packages or Autodesk Inventor Proficient in MS Office Knowledge of Adobe CS beneficial Knowledge of different timbers, materials and joinery Relevant design degree/industry experience Good working knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes Experience in the design and manufacture of retail equipment Excellent engineering problem solving High attention to detail Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines Enthusiastic Team Player Full Driving License
The hours are based on a 39 hour week, Monday to Friday.
