We are currently looking for a CAD technician to join our planning consultancy. This role would be ideal for someone with an interest in architecture and planning and building regulations.

Aspire Planning Solutions is based in Crediton, Mid Devon. We operate nationwide, with a focus on the West Country, providing town planning consultancy and design services predominantly for residential and commercial projects. You will be joining an experienced organisation.

This role involves preparing drawings for planning applications for new builds, extensions, conversions, commercial projects.

Experience and Qualifications:

The applicant will be required to have a good knowledge of AutoCAD or similar packages, demonstrated by an appropriate qualification. Good IT skills are useful.

Pay: 15.00-17.50 per hour
