Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages with attention to quality and presentation Operate POS system for order processing, payments, and cash handling Assist customers with menu selections, upselling items to enhance their experience and increase sales Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food prep areas, dining spaces, and kitchen stations Handle food safety procedures, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices Manage cash register transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role is essential Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous Strong time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently Ability in sales techniques including upselling to maximize revenue opportunities Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy
