Duties

Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude, providing excellent hospitality at all times. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including dining spaces and food preparation areas. Support barista operations by preparing beverages and maintaining equipment as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods. Handle catering orders, including setup and breakdown of events as required. Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the highest quality of service.

Skills

Previous experience in a restaurant or cafe setting is preferred, showcasing your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong hospitality skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Experience in food preparation and knowledge of food safety practices. Barista experience is an advantage, particularly in crafting specialty coffee drinks. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive approach to tasks, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
