As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for supporting our Manager, creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
Manage seating arrangements efficiently to optimise guest flow.
Provide menu information and assist guests with food and beverage selections, showcasing knowledge of our offerings.
Take orders accurately and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and service stations.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests.
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food preparation and service.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.

Experience
Previous experience in a restaurant/cafe, or hospitality role is essential; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
Familiarity with catering services is advantageous, particularly in high-volume settings.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain health standards within the establishment.
Experience in food preparation is beneficial but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed.
A friendly disposition with excellent communication skills is crucial for engaging effectively with guests.
