Please note The base rate of pay is 28k. The service charge top-up element is worth 3-4K. Therefore making the combined package between 30-32k depending on performance.

We are looking for a Manager to join our Fitzrovia team to continue to help us create meaningful experiences for our local communities through quality products, innovation, and an ever-evolving vision. But hold on to your espresso as this role isn't for the faint of heart or decaf drinkers!

Attendant Coffee Roasters founders Ryan and Bosh strive to create unique experiences in hospitality with quality cafes serving sustainable and ethically sourced coffee and food that is local and fresh. Their vision is to create welcoming spaces that offer a moment of respite from daily life, starting with their first location in a disused Victorian toilet in Fitzrovia.

Attendant's wholesome, produce-driven menu and skilful roasting honour the hard work of farmers and growers. Since opening in 2013, Attendant has expanded into a coffee Roastery, Cafe, and Kitchen, aiming to bring permaculture to the UK cafe scene.

We require a motivated manager who is passionate about people. providing great customer experience, great food, great coffee and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves (while holding their batch brew). You will be a collaborative leader with the Senior Management Team, who loves to lead from the front and support from the rear, using emotional intelligence to communicate, inspire and drive your team.

Responsibilities will include setting and maintaining high standards of customer service, managing, and motivating your team, ordering, and maintaining stock levels, complying with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards, and ensuring the cafe is clean and serviceable. You will work with the Front of House and Barista to achieve the best possible quality of food and beverage provision.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary of 28,000 per year + OTE of 3-4k (Service Charge).
