Duties

Provide excellent guest services by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction Assist with food preparation and presentation, adhering to food safety standards Support kitchen operations, including basic food preparation and cleaning tasks Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery Handle cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the establishment

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Knowledge of food safety regulations and basic food preparation techniques Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests Basic maths skills for handling transactions and balancing tills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment Kitchen or culinary experience is advantageous but not mandatory A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt within various roles within the team

Pay: 12.21-12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
