We are now looking to employ a Mature EXPERIENCED Supervisor here at Cafe Dolce Lancaster.

You will be a team player, hardworking and enthusiastic with a real passion for food and beverage, with immaculate presentation you should set the bar high for your team to achieve the same.

You should already have operated at a similar level, have impeccable standards in restaurant set up and have a broad understanding of food service.

You must be energetic and enthusiastic with a real passion for modern relaxed cuisine and a real can-do attitude!
you will hep with overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant and the managing of its employees.

You will be required to help look after the day to day running of the restaurant, covering floor/kitchen stations where needed. Meeting, greeting customers, taking orders. Assisting with the preparation of the desserts and drinks. Taking payments, general cleaning duties in line with EHO

As an Supervisor you will need to: -

Serve Coffee and beverages to a high standard
- co ordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts
- recruit, train, manage and motivate staff
-Work closely with Management
- respond to customer queries and complaints
- maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene and health
- check and carry out weekly stock counts, order supplies and handle cashing off and petty cash duties
-- making improvements on the running of the business and develop the restaurant for going forward.
