We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cafe Supervisor to oversee our vibrant cafe. As the Cafe Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that our cafe maintains the highest standards of quality and service.

Responsabilities:

Oversee daily operations of the cafe, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Supervise food production processes to guarantee quality and adherence to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop seasonal menus that reflect culinary trends and customer preferences. Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while managing costs effectively. Implement marketing strategies to promote the cafe and increase customer engagement. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt resolutions. Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the cafe space, including dining areas and kitchen facilities.

Skills

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a cafe or restaurant setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices is essential. Experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage preparation is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for hospitality and helping others enjoy their dining experience.
