About the Role

Thoulstone Park is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic

Cafe Supervisor

to help lead our small cafe team. This hands-on role requires someone who is confident in customer service, skilled in coffee making, and capable of overseeing daily operations. If you enjoy working in a friendly environment and have a passion for delivering great service, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a small cafe team to deliver excellent service Open and close the cafe, including daily cashing up and float preparation Serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks to a high standard (barista experience essential) Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health & safety standards are maintained Manage stock levels and assist with ordering supplies Handle customer queries and resolve issues calmly and efficiently Support the wider team with general cafe duties when needed

About You

Previous experience in a supervisory or team-leading cafe role Strong barista skills and knowledge of specialty coffee preparation Confident with cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation Positive, approachable, and a natural team leader Available to work

every weekend

and flexible with shift patterns (one in 6 weekends off) Passionate about delivering a great customer experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 22,880.00-36,250.87 per year
