We are looking for applicants to join our ever expanding team in our very busy Dizzy Duck Cafe.

Tasks will include:-

Preparation of hot and cold meals. Monitoring food wastage and margins within the kitchen. Assisting with ordering stock for preparation. Adhere to health and safety regulations. Maintain a high level of quality output.
Previous hospitality experience is preferable but not essential as training will be given.

The ability to work under pressure is extremely important. We can get very busy during the peak times!

No formal qualifications are needed but maybe beneficial. The ability to work well within a team is also paramount.

Who we are:

Auchingarrich Wildlife and Adventure park is a family owned private park and registered charity. We take care of almost 200 animals. Those include exotic and farm animals. The park has an adventure section where we offer birthday parties, Soft play, go kart etc. Our Dizzy Duck cafe is run daily by our team on site. There is a small team of permanent staff and a large team of volunteers.

Working Conditions:

Due to the nature of the work the role requires reaching, squatting, kneeling, bending and stretching. The role also requires lifting and carrying from time to time but help is always available !

Pay rate is national minimum wage.

A driving license and a car is mandatory as there is no public transport to reach us.
