Duties

Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently. Assist in food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and kitchen equipment. Support catering services during events by setting up and serving food and beverages. Help manage inventory by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

Skills

Strong background in hospitality or experience working in a restaurant or cafe environment is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Experience in barist, catering , cafe, restaurant... A proactive attitude towards helping colleagues and customers alike.
