Kochi Cafe is a fresh and exciting brand starting our journey in Tunbridge Wells. We specialise in fluffy souffle pancakes, speciality matcha drinks, and exceptional coffee.

The Role

Hours:

10 hours per week (no early morning shift)

Days:

2 days per week

Location:

Lower Ground Floor, Royal Victoria Place, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 2SR

Pay:

11.5 - 12.90 per hour, subject to experience

What You'll Be Doing

Support with food preparation -- from flipping souffle pancakes to assembling ingredients with care Take orders and serve customers with a warm, friendly smile Deliver outstanding customer service and help create a welcoming team atmosphere Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff and fellow team members

What We're Looking For

Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Fast learner Friendly, customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help Team player who can follow directions but also work independently when needed Positive, flexible attitude towards varying working hours
