Cafe Assistant

to join our HQ team - someone who brings energy, personality, and top-tier customer service. Whether you're serving up a signature coffee, mixing a boozy iced latte, or helping customers discover the world of Au - this role is all about delivering quality with style.

? What You'll Do:

Welcome guests and provide an unforgettable front-of-house experience Prepare hot and cold drinks, including alcoholic options like our signature Au-infused serves Serve food and support general cafe operations with energy and attention to detail Serve Au Vodka products from our onsite shop Maintain high hygiene and cleanliness standards throughout the cafe Be a brand ambassador - upholding the Au Vodka vibe with pride Help with stock, displays, and product knowledge to keep things fresh and on-brand

What We're Looking For:

Some experience in hospitality, retail, or another customer-facing role Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude Passion for great service and an eye for detail Barista trained? That's a big plus - but not essential Must be

18+

(we serve alcohol in the cafe) Enthusiastic, reliable, and happy to work as part of a fast-paced, tight-knit team
