We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cafe Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and customer service, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Cafe Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Skills:
Food preparation experience
Excellent customer service
Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
Ability to take direction and working effectively as part of a team
Use of initiative to identify outstanding tasks and prioritise effectively
Computer skills/ till operation
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Previous barista experience would also be an advantage
This is a permanent position for 25-30 hours per week
to start in January 2026.
Days of work to be agreed, but will include one weekend day every week.
Pay dependant on age and experience. Plus annual performance bonus.
