Bounce House Cafe is a warm and welcoming local cafe sited within Ryze Trampoline Park, we are dedicated to 5excellent service, high-quality food and drinks, and creating a space where customers feel at home. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front of House / Barista to join our team and help us continue to deliver a 5-star customer experience

The Role

As part of the BHC team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, preparing high-quality coffee and drinks, and ensuring the smooth running of front-of-house operations. You must be proactive, able to use your initiative, and equally confident working independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, friendly, and professional customer service at all times Prepare and serve barista-quality coffee and other beverages confidently Take customer orders, process payments, and manage till operations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe and front-of-house area Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment Uphold food safety, hygiene, and service standards Manage tasks efficiently both in busy rush periods and quieter times

About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 3 years' hospitality/cafe experience (front of house and barista) Strong barista skills with proven experience using professional coffee machines Customer-focused, friendly, and approachable attitude Ability to work flexibly across weekdays and weekends Highly proactive, with initiative to manage tasks independently Team player with excellent communication skills
Desirable:

Local to Old Glamis Road, Dundee or nearby areas Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment for working in hospitality
