Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards Operate coffee machines and other equipment to create high-quality drinks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the cafe area, including tables, counters, and kitchen spaces Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent customer service at all times Handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring basic math skills are utilised effectively Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during busy periods Manage time effectively to meet customer demands while maintaining quality standards

Skills

Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to ensure compliance with health regulations Previous barista experience is highly desirable for preparing a variety of coffee beverages Strong serving skills to provide attentive and friendly service to customers Experience in food preparation is beneficial for assisting in menu offerings Basic math skills are necessary for handling transactions and providing change accurately Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively during peak hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.21-13.99 per hour
