We are looking to hire a third team member at Rendlesham Forest Cafe. This is a

key role

, and availability is essential.

This position requires:

Every Saturday and Sunday

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday during school holidays

to these days. This role involves working as part of a small team, and consistent attendance is critical to smooth service and maintaining our reputation.

We are ideally looking for someone who can confidently prepare espresso-based coffee and step into service immediately. However, applicants without barista experience may still be considered, with pay reflecting experience and training level.

As responsibilities and skill level increase,

pay will be reviewed accordingly

All tips are shared fairly and provide a generous bonus on top of hourly pay.

Duties

Serve customers with a warm, professional attitude Take orders accurately and efficiently Prepare and serve food and drinks, including espresso-based coffee Assist with basic food preparation following food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all cafe areas Restock supplies during service Deliver consistently high hospitality standards
Requirements

Previous hospitality or catering experience preferred but not essential Barista experience is a strong advantage Good communication skills and a friendly, professional manner Ability to work independently and as part of a small team Reliable, punctual, and organised Comfortable working weekends and busy periods

excellent customer service. Skills can be taught -- kindness, patience, and professionalism are essential.

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
