Job Description

This Job is a for a permanent position, NOT seasonal or Uni based. An ideal candidate would have supervisory and kitchen experience and be willing to take on this type of role.

This role is for about 10-20 hours per week. More hours available for the right candidate.

Cafe is only open Monday-Friday 730am-4pm.

Closed nights and weekends.

Any candidate must be available to work minimum of Monday-Friday 10:30am-2:30pm.

```Duties```
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and accurately input them into the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Upsell additional items or promotions to increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

```Requirements```
- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Culinary knowledge or training is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well within a team
