Cafe/ Bar Manager
Job Description
Lancaster University is seeking a Cafe Bar Manager to oversee a number of the College Bars for the upcoming academic year.
This role is a fixed term contract until the 31st July 2026 and secondments will be considered for the right candidate
You will ensure that your designated units are set up to maximise all revenue opportunities whilst controlling costs in line with targets along with making sure that the atmosphere and the customer service is befitting the standards expected of you
You will manage a team of student staff and be responsible for their training and development withing department guidelines
