Job Overview
We are seeking experienced kitchen staff to join our team in creating and serving a modern-style brunch in a fast-paced cafe environment.
Duties
- To prepare produce for service and provide timely and effective kitchen service
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the kitchen area in line with national health and safety standards
- To provide professional input on maintaining an effective brunch service in a busy cafe environment
Requirements
- Proficiency in basic maths
- Experience in food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Experience in a kitchen setting
