Cafe Manager - The Wood Bar, Five Rivers, Salisbury

Salary: 27,000 - 31,000 (depending on experience)

Start Date: 9th June 2025

We're on the lookout for a dynamic, driven, and creative Site Manager to lead the team at

The Wood Bar

, our much-loved coffee shop in the heart of Salisbury.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy, people-focused environment and wants to make a meaningful impact. You'll be the beating heart of the site - inspiring the team, shaping customer experiences, and helping us grow in all the right directions.

Your key responsibilities:

Team management

- lead with passion, fairness, and purpose

Creating and managing rotas

to ensure smooth day-to-day running

Staff hiring, onboarding, and training

- shaping the future of the team

Stock ordering and supplier management

Driving sales

during quieter times with creativity and insight

Organising events and bringing new ideas to life

Motivating staff

and cultivating a strong team culture

Collaborating with the Site Manager from our second location

to ensure consistency and shared vision across both sites

You are:

A natural leader with a great team ethicand even better leadership skills Organised, proactive,and a solid problem-solver Creative and enthusiasticabout trying new ideas and improving customer experience Can-do attitudewith the flexibility and energy hospitality demands Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people - both customers and team

Ideally, you'll also have:

Experience managing or supervising in hospitality A background working with coffee (even better if you love it!) A valid driver's license and access to a car (not essential) Food Hygiene Level 2 - we'll cover this if you don't already have it
