Lynwood & Co has proudly established itself as the premier Cotswold brand for exceptional coffee and customer service over the past 10 years, and we are gearing up for an exciting expansion into new locations.

We are seeking a dynamic and friendly person who has a genuine passion for communicating and going above and beyond with service, for our eighth store, in Moreton-in-Marsh.

We are looking for a proven leader with management experience in the hospitality industry who is passionate about quality and customer experience and excels at team development. You should resonate with our values around sustainability and supporting the local community while recognising the critical importance of efficient processes and strategic planning.

You will have a track record of successfully running bustling services that consistently deliver outstanding service and quality to our customers. In addition to remarkable people skills, we require strong administrative and organisational abilities, with experience in managing key business processes such as staffing, planning, food safety, and stock control. Exceptional financial management skills, including staffing budgets and margin control, are essential, along with proficiency in technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 29,500.00-31,500.00 per year
