Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and personable Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bustling Witney cafe. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and coffee, with exceptional leadership abilities.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the cafe, including customer service, food preparation, and staff supervision
- Ensure high-quality coffee, food production and presentation
- Maintain food safety standards and cleanliness in compliance with regulations
- Cash handling
- Staff training, shift scheduling, and motivating cafe staff to deliver outstanding service
- Handle customer inquiries, comments, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Stocktake and ordering

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in supervising and leading teams effectively
- Previous experience in a cafe, kitchen, hotel, or restaurant setting
- Strong background in culinary arts with knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
