, we have a wonderful onsite cafe that serves our tenants across two office buildings.

We are looking for an experienced

Barista/Cafe Manager

to run the cafe -- serving beverages and light refreshments during the week.

You'll be front and centre of the cafe -- making great coffee, delivering warm, friendly service, and keeping the vibe just right from first espresso to last slice.

Whether you're chatting through the day's brews or smashing out flat whites during a rush, you know how to keep calm, stay sharp, and make people feel good.

You already tick the essentials:

You've got genuine passion for coffee, people, and creating feel-good moments You're quick on your feet and great under pressure (like when the lunch crowd rolls in all at once...) You take pride in every drink -- from shot to serve -- and want to keep learning You're a team player, a grafter, and someone who sees what needs doing and just cracks on You care about the details -- cleanliness, safety, presentation -- because it all adds up

And on the management side, you bring:

Experience managing or supervising a cafe, hospitality space, or busy barista environment Confidence leading daily operations -- opening/closing, cash handling, stock ordering and supplier liaison The ability to plan ahead: manage stock levels, minimise waste, and keep the cafe running efficiently A proactive approach to maintaining standards, improving processes, and solving problems before they become issues A knack for creating a warm, consistent atmosphere that keeps people coming back Strong communication skills -- comfortable coordinating with building management, tenants, and any additional staff Reliability, professionalism and a sense of ownership over the space

Your day-to-day:

Serve up consistently excellent coffee with confidence, speed and a smile Make sure every customer feels looked after -- whether they're a regular or it's their first visit Keep the bar spotless, stock topped up, and everything running smoothly FOH, prep, tidying, problem-solving Follow food safety and health & safety standards like a pro Handle ordering, inventory, basic reporting and any day-to-day operational decisions

Hours & availability:

We have been running our cafe between

07:30 and 14:00, Monday to Friday

, but we can be flexible with this.
