Job Summary: (MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE)

We are looking for a friendly and hardworking Cafe Worker to join our team! The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness in the cafe. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for coffee and customer service, we'd love to hear from you! A large portion of our customers are repeat customers, this is due to the quality of our food, drinks and service they receive each time they visit us.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and take orders accurately especially when it comes to allergies Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and food Assist in food preparation, such as sandwiches, pastries, and cakes etc Operate the cash register and handle payments correctly Keep the cafe clean and organized, including tables, counters, and equipment Restock supplies and ingredients as needed whilst checking dates on items Follow food safety and hygiene standards Work as part of a team to ensure a smooth and efficient service and handovers

Requirements:

Previous experience in a cafe working in with food prep is must Friendly and approachable with strong communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for handling cash and card transactions Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate loads Basic I.T skills to use till/ipads

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
