Overview

We're looking for a friendly and experienced cafe/restaurant manager to join our team and help us create a wonderful dining experience for our customers. You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our establishment, working alongside our team to maintain great food standards, provide warm customer service, and keep things running smoothly.

This is a hands-on role where you'll support staff, ensure our guests have a lovely time, and help maintain our high standards for food safety and cleanliness. We're after someone who enjoys working in a bustling environment and takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere for both customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' management experience in cafe/restaurant operations Knowledge of the ins and outs of creating a great atmosphere Proven barista skills within a busy setting Strong organisational and multitasking abilities (and able to stay cheerful and calm whilst doing so) Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for hospitality and serving people Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and bank holidays Food safety and hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)
