CAGED VAN (7.5 TONNE) DRIVER/OPERATIVE-LABOURER

The Role

We are looking to recruit a Caged Van Driver/Operative-Labourer for our Caged Van waste removal service based out of our Fareham Site (PO15 6SD) who is able to work within a very small team and possess the skills and competencies to undertake this work activity.

The role of Caged Van Driver/Operative-Labourer involves:

driving a 7.5 tonne caged van vehicle loading waste material onto the caged van with the assistance of another Operative/Labourer whilst working collaboratively as a team manually handling and lifting waste by removing it from site into the back of the caged van ensuring good housekeeping practices are maintained to a high standard at all times completing paperwork via a PDA weekly/daily maintenance of the vehicle providing effective operational support to management.

Hours

The hours are between 7.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday, and Saturdays from 7.00 am to 12.30 pm, as and when needed and paid at time and a half.
