Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cake Baker to join our dynamic team at Hot Numbers Coffee. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting delicious baked goods that complement our exceptional coffee offerings. Your contributions will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience at our cafes.

Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of cakes, pastries, and other baked goods. Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area. Adhere to food safety regulations and best practices. Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings. Monitor inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and creativity in food presentation. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
